<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system with temperature-raising performance improved at low-efficiency operation. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 10 is provided with a fuel cell 20, a power storage device 50, a DC/DC converter 60 charging the power storage device by controlling step-up and step-down of an output voltage of the fuel cell 20, and a controller 80 controlling the DC/DC converter 60.
