<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion secondary battery having high capacity, high output, excellent charge-discharge cycle characteristics, safe, and of long life. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion secondary battery is provided with a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a solid electrolyte. The solid electrolyte is made of thin film-like lithium-ion conducting glass ceramics with its thickness below 20 μm, obtained by crystallization of an amorphous layer formed by direct coating on an electrode material of the positive electrode and/or the negative electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
