<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for providing support so that a user can make effective use of points by freely performing point movement such as commonality or acquisition of points in such a way that it is impossible to know the source and destination of the points. <P>SOLUTION: A main server 10 receives from a first user terminal 20A point commonality information requiring commonality of points. The main server subtracts the number of commonalized points from the user points of a first user stored in a first storage unit, and stores it in a second storage unit as group points. The main server receives from a second user terminal 20B point acquisition information requiring acquisition of points.
