<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time adjustment device capable of performing a time adjustment without increasing a power consumption, by efficiently receiving time data, within a shortened time period, at the proximity of a timing when a user wants to perform it. <P>SOLUTION: A wrist watch with GPS comprises: a reception initiation information setting program which establishes an initiation timing of reception by a receiving device, immediately or at a constant timing, based on reception indication data of an external operating part, so that Z count data of subframe data may be received from navigation message; and a time data memorizing part which memorizes Z count data as receiving time data. wherein internal time data is corrected based on the receiving time data.
