PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arranging structure of a vehicular auxiliary machine capable of realizing both of a backward shift layout of a power train and arrangement of an auxiliary unit while restraining influences to a compartment. SOLUTION: This vehicle is provided with a dash panel 3 parting a compartment from an engine room, and a power train unit 31 for driving wheels in a recessed portion 4 provided on the dash panel 3. A vehicular auxiliary unit 40 is provided on a side of the recessed portion 4 inside the compartment of the dash panel 3, and is overlapped with the power train unit 31 in a forward and backward direction seen from a plane view.
