PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of capacitors arranged to suppress radiation of an electromagnetic wave and to reduce costs. SOLUTION: The capacitor arrangement support system is provided with: a resonance analysis processing part 203 for analyzing resonance on the basis of data of a component for radiating electromagnetic waves; a resonance point extraction processing part 204 for extracting a resonance point from an analysis result of the resonance analysis processing part 203; an S parameter analysis processing part 205 for analyzing an S parameter with respect to the resonance point extracted by the resonance point extraction processing part 204; a bypass capacitor arrangement determination processing part 206 for determining whether or not the S parameter is larger than a set value; and a bypass capacitor arrangement processing part 207 for arranging a capacitor so as to suppress radiation of the electromagnetic wave to the resonance point where the determination part determines that the parameter is larger than the set value with respect to data of a wiring board.
