PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat drive-type absorption refrigerating device applying an indirect cooling method for easily and inexpensively controlling a refrigerating capacity. SOLUTION: As a liquid film flow-down type absorber A composed of a plate capable of being easily integrated with a plate-type evaporator E is applied in an absorber part A, the absorber A can be received in an integrated casing with the evaporator E, the concentration of a solution can be prevented from largely changing by increase and decrease of the amount of a refrigerant generated in a generator G, by mixing an unevaporated refrigerant in the evaporator E in the accumulation of dilute solution at a lower part of the absorber A, and further a refrigerating capacity can be controlled by increasing and decreasing a refrigerant vapor absorbing capacity in the absorber A by changing a supercooling temperature or a flow rate of the absorbent solution flowing into the absorber and supercooled by a supercooler H2.
