<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply/exhaust type range hood comprising an air filter for preventing intrusion of dust and pollen in the outside air into a room with the outside air and not thermally affected by a hood portion composed of a metallic plate material and the other hood component members. <P>SOLUTION: An end rail member 4 for covering an exhaust device 2 and an air supply device 3 disposed on the hood portion 1 is formed into the hollow thin box-shape having an outside air flow channel 23, an outside air intake port 24 is formed at a lower side of a back plate 4a to connect the air supply device 3, and an outside air supply port 25 is formed at an upper side of a front plate 4b for taking the outside air from the outside air flow channel 23 into the room. Further the air filter 22 is disposed between the outside air intake port 24 and the outside air supply port 25 in the outside air flow channel 23 with a vertical oblique attitude in a state of being retained by a filter mounting frame 31 composed of a heat insulating material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
