<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently accumulate electric charges from an AC current generator whose output current is small, by reducing a leaking current. <P>SOLUTION: In a power storage circuit, the electric charges outputted from the AC current generator are accumulated until the accumulated voltage of a charge accumulation capacitor exceeds a specified voltage under control of a switch means. When the accumulated voltage of the charge accumulation capacitor exceeds a specified voltage, an electric power is supplied using electric charges accumulated in the charge accumulation capacitor. A rectifier circuit uses a first compound diode where the source terminal of nMOS is directly connected to the source terminal of pMOS, the gate terminal of nMOS is directly connected to the drain terminal of pMOS, and the drain terminal of nMOS is directly connected to the gate terminal of pMOS, and the drain terminals of nMOS and pMOS are used as input/output terminals. The drain terminal of pMOS is connected to the output terminal of the AC current generator while the drain terminal of nMOS is connected to the charge accumulation capacitor so that positive electric charges are accumulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
