PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech device capable of preventing both temperature rise and howling in a speaker and a device. SOLUTION: The speech device has: the speaker SP attached to a housing A1 of a speech module MJ to output voice information outside the housing from one surface side; a rear air space Br formed at the other surface side of the speaker SP in the housing A1; a microphone M1; a microphone M2 arranged at a far position to the speaker SP as compared with the microphone M1; a voice processing section 10 for removing the voice signal of the microphone M1 from that of the microphone M2 to transmit it to the outside; and an exhaust pipe section 7 for connecting the rear air space Br in the housing A1 to the outside of the housing A1. The exhaust pipe section 7 sets a resonance frequency between the air in the exhaust pipe section 7 and that in the rear air space Br to be lower than the lower-limit frequency of a frequency band used for a call.
