PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding machine capable of adequately guiding a signature to an impeller even when the paper kind of the discharged signature is different. SOLUTION: The folding machine comprises a pair of discharging rollers 31 capable of holding and discharging a signature S, an impeller 50 which is arranged below the pair of discharging rollers 31 while the center of rotation being deviated to one side of the pair of discharging rollers 31, and capable of receiving the signature S to be discharged from the pair of discharging rollers 31 by a plurality of blades 56 provided at the predetermined spacing in the circumferential direction, first guide members 60a, 60b, 60c which constitute a signature conveying path K from the pair of discharging rollers 31 to the impeller 50, and are arranged on the center side of the impeller, second guide members 61a, 61b, 61c which are arranged opposite to the first guide members 60a, 60b, 60c across the signature conveying path K to regulate deviation of the signature S from the signature conveying path K, and a guide moving means 68 for changing the signature conveying path K by moving the first guide members 60a, 60b, 60c.
