PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of a heat pump device in a vehicular air conditioner for compensating the insufficiency of a heating capacity of a warm water type heating device by the simultaneous use of the heat pump device. SOLUTION: This vehicular air conditioner is provided with a heater core 35 for heating air-conditioning air blown into a cabin with cooling the water of a fuel battery 10 as a heat source; and first and second heating indoor units 33, 34 for heating the air-conditioning air by a coolant delivered from a compressor 41 at a heating operation mode of a heat pump device 100. The first heating indoor unit 33 is arranged at the air-conditioning air flow downstream side of the heater core 35, and the second heating indoor unit 34 is arranged at the air-conditioning air flow upstream side of the heater core 35. At the heating operation mode of the heat pump device 100, the coolant delivered from the compressor 41 is passed through the first heating indoor unit 33 and flows into the second heating indoor unit 34.
