PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear door structure obtaining excellent support effects up to the lower end at a storage position of rear door glass while ensuring an interval between the lower end of a partition sash and a recessed inner face along a wheel house of a rear wheel. SOLUTION: A rear door (1) structure has a partition sash (3) provided in a window opening to define an elevating/lowering glass part (4) and a fixed glass part (5). A recessed part (10) along a wheel house of a rear wheel is formed at the lower rear side. The lower part of the partition sash is extended into a space between a door outer panel (11) and a door inner panel (12).
