PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a vehicular luggage compartment capable of making a side rim commonly applied by a carpet specification and a luggage box specification, reducing the number of part items and further reducing an expenditure of a die for use in molding the side rim. SOLUTION: In the structure of the luggage compartment, a luggage box 10 having a bottom surface 11 and a vertical wall 12 raised from the periphery of the bottom surface 11 is stored in the vehicular luggage compartment and a lid 20 covering an upper opening 9 of the luggage box 10. The luggage box 10 is installed at a floor panel 6 of the luggage compartment, the upper surface 13 of a front wall 14 at the front side of the vehicle in the vertical wall 12 of the luggage box 10 has a cavity 18 having an opened upper side, a part 4 fixed to a vehicle body is provided with a bracket 50 having a fitting part 53 for the cavity 18, and the fitting part 53 is fitted into the cavity 18.
