PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saliva suction system capable of sucking saliva in an oral cavity at a desired timing for a patient, and allowing an operator to concentrate in an endoscopic surgery. SOLUTION: The saliva suction system includes a suction pipe 110 having one end inserted into the oral cavity during the endoscopic surgery through the oral cavity and the other end connected to a suction device 101 and sucking the saliva in the oral cavity by a suction force of the suction device, and a changeover device 115 provided at an intermediate part of the suction pipe and capable of changing over between a sucking condition allowing the suction force of the suction device to reach one end side of the suction pipe and a non-sucking condition preventing the suction force from reaching the one end side.
