PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic acupressure device for tracheae whose target site of pointillage is below the Adam's apple. SOLUTION: The automatic acupressure device for tracheae includes an actuator 10 carrying out pointillage simulating action by intermittent pushing by an acting element 11, a supporting means 20 supporting the actuator 10 and having an engaging means 21 fixing the acting element 11 around a shoulder upper neck portion such that the acting position of the acting element 11 is located in a targeted site, a power source 13 supplying a drive force to the actuator 10.
