PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for evaporating alcohol, in which an alcohol holding material does not leak out even if a cutting position shifts, and which is obtainable at high productivity. SOLUTION: This alcohol evaporating tool 1 is obtained by folding a laminated body 1a which is made by laminating a surface sheet 20 and an alcohol impregnating sheet, in a form of bringing the alcohol impregnating sheet to the inner side, and heat-sealing an edge part B excluding the folded part. The surface sheet 20 is a sheet which penetrates gas alcohol, and the alcohol impregnating sheet is a sheet which is made by impregnating a porous sheet 10 having heat-welding properties with alcohol L.
