PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment capable of surely stopping the runaway of load with inexpensive circuit constitution even if communication abnormality occurs, and equipped with a relay substrate which is general-purpose and has high degree of freedom regardless of driving logic. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment on which a control substrate 30 equipped with a first communication processing part 302 to convert a plurality of control signals into a serial signal SO and transmit the serial signal SO, and the relay substrate 31 equipped with a second communication processing part 310 to receive the serial signal SO from the control substrate 30 and convert it into a plurality of control signals and a driver circuit 314 to drive the corresponding load based on the plurality of control signals are mounted is equipped with a logic switching circuit 315 for setting the signal logic of the driver circuit 314 in predetermined control signal units, and an abnormality stopping circuit for switching output from the driver circuit 314 to an inactive state based on an abnormality signal output from a communication abnormality detection part 313 provided in the second communication processing part 310.
