PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, and the like, capable of maintaining good image quality, regardless of the temperature change, or the like. SOLUTION: A thermometer 98 is disposed in the developing device 9, and the higher the temperature measured by the thermometer 98 becomes, the smaller the gap between a supply roller 92 and a support roller 93 is made; and the lower the measured temperature becomes the larger the gap is set.
