<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the resistance of an electrolyte layer provided in a fuel cell while suppressing the strength degradation of the electrolyte layer. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell manufacturing method comprises: a first step of forming the electrolyte layer on a substrate in a conditions of crystallizing electrolyte as a film forming material; a second step of forming an electrode layer on the electrolyte layer on the substrate; and a third step of removing a surface layer near an interface between the electrolyte layer and the substrate from the electrolyte layer on which the electrode layer is formed, together with the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
