<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for internal organ preservation, with which cells of pancreatic islet etc., in a live state are separated and taken out from a fixed internal organ such as pancreas etc., in a higher probability. <P>SOLUTION: The pancreas 1 is preserved by the method for internal organ preservation, having a process for injecting a preservation liquid for oxygenation of cells in the pancreas 1 into a pancreatic duct 1a of the pancreas 1. In the preservation method, even after passage of a fixed time from extraction, reduction in oxygen partial pressure of cells in the pancreas 1 can be suppressed and a pancreatic islet in a live state is separated and taken out from the pancreas 1 in a higher probability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
