<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue voice communication without interruption when a trouble occurs in a media gateway which connects a public SIP (session initiation protocol) network and a private communication network without adopting a redundant media gateway configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a means to manage a REGISTER number and an authentication information used for a REGISTER method; a means to supervise a trouble condition of the media gateway by the REGISTER number and the authentication information from each media gateway in a media gateway system compatible with SIP which connects the public SIP network and the private communication network through the media gateway; and a means to make the media gateway in a normal condition to share the REGISTER number and the authentication information of the media gateway when the trouble of the media gateway occurs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
