PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure consistency of basic information between a notification transmission system and a notification reception system even when parameters to be notified are different by accident event. SOLUTION: This notification transmission system 1 is provided with: a transmission parameter file 15 in which a parameter necessary for analyzing the accident for each accident event is defined; a basic information database 12 in which the name, unit, and decimal digit number or the like of process data are defined; an arbitrary transmission parameter setting part 11 for selecting a parameter to be transmitted; a plant data database 14 in which process data are stored; and a basic information transmission part 13 for extracting necessary plant data on the basis of the parameter selected by the arbitrary transmission parameter setting part 11 and for transmitting the plant data to the destination. The notification reception system 2 is provided with a basic information reception part 21 for receiving information to be transmitted by the basic information transmitting part 13 and a basic information management part 22 for storing data received by the basic information reception part 21 and for managing history.
