<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a metal wire pattern by which an arbitraly shaped submicron order metal wire pattern is surely replicatively manufactured and the surface of the metal wire free from unevenness is formed into an excellent shape. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a metal wire type polarizing plate is provided with a first process for alternately forming recessed parts 101 and projecting parts 102 comprising an organic material on a substrate 100, a second process for forming conductive coating films 103 and 103a respectively on the bottom surface of the recessed part 101 and the tip end surface of the projecting part 102, a third process for filling a metal 104 in the recessed part 101 using a conductive coating film 103 as a cathode, a forth step for sticking a support substrate 105 comprising the organic material to the surface of the metal 104 filled in the recessed part 101 and the tip end surface of the projecting part 102 after the conductive coating film 103a is removed and a fifth process for forming the metal wire type polarizing plate by removing the substrate 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
