PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of reducing a data processing load of a microcomputer of a sensor data transmission destination. SOLUTION: In the sensor device 10, a sensor element 1 converts an input physical quantity into an electric signal, an amplifier 2 amplifies the electric signal output by the sensor element 1, an AD converter 3 converts an analog signal output by the amplifier 2 into digital data, a CPU 4 interprets a sensing instruction from a main computer 100, reads a processing program adapted to the instruction from a program memory 6, and performs data processing on the digital data output by the AD converter 3, and an output part 5 transmits the data processed by the CPU 4 to the main computer 100.
