PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for increasing use frequency of an automatic teller machine installed in a shop. SOLUTION: In an automatic teller machine 1 having a database 19, when a customer makes a transaction, a point corresponding to the transaction and an accumulated point of the customer are acquired from the database 19. By adding the point obtained by the transaction to the accumulated point, information of a coupon ticket that can be issued after adding the point is retrieved from the database 19, so that the information on the corresponding coupon ticket is obtained.
