PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring system, capable of preventing deterioration of a monitoring function even in the case of two or more accesses by polling processing. SOLUTION: The measuring system 100 monitors a measuring bus 130, and detects, for every access of a controller 110 to a measuring card 140, whether data showing the same content as an accessed content is stored or not in reference to a monitor memory 122b. The measuring system increments, when the data showing the same content is detected, the count number associated with this data by one, and generates and successively stores, when the data is not detected, an address and an initial value of count number in the monitor memory 122b in association with data showing the accessed content.
