PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the contact time of a medicinal liquid of every kind used for inhalation with the constituent member of a discharge head for discharging the medicinal liquid as short as possible in an inhalation device constituted so that a user inhales discharged liquid droplets. SOLUTION: A medicine discharge cartridge for discharging a medicine to an air stream passage 10E includes a medicinal liquid tank 10A, a medicinal liquid flow channel 10B, and the discharge head 10C. The rubber plug 10J provided to the bottom part of the medicinal liquid tank 10A is pushed by a rubber plug pushing part 10K before inhalation to fill the discharge head 10C with the medicine. After the user inhales the medicine, the on-off door 10F of an air intake port 10G is closed to slide an inhalation port 10H into the air stream passage 10E, and the air pressure of the air stream passage 10E is increased to return the medicinal liquid remaining in the discharge head 10C to the medicinal liquid tank 10A.
