PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-cost pallet which prevents or restrains slip between the pallet and a load. SOLUTION: The pallet 10 is equipped with upper beam plate materials 2 and lower beam plate materials 3 connected with each other by a plurality of leg members 4, and is equipped with a plurality of beam members 5 arranged in parallel and a plurality of sidewise members 1 connecting a plurality of the beam members 5. The lower part of each leg member 4 has projections 4k. The projections 4k are passed through holes 3b provided in the lower beam plate material 3 so as to project downward beyond the lower beam plate material 3.
