PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management system of automatic analyzers capable of determining measurement accuracy of a plurality of automatic analyzers, and improving measurement accuracy management. SOLUTION: In this data management system of automatic analyzers including the plurality of automatic analyzers and a data management server connected to the plurality of automatic analyzers through communication networks, the data management server has a function for performing statistical processing based on information on measurement of each spot including an analysis module related to measurement of a standard sample for measurement accuracy management performed by each automatic analyzer, a reagent position on which a reagent is installed, a reagent lot or the like; and a function for determining an analysis module, a reagent position and a reagent lot which are out of a mean value-standard deviation and a management width of measurement results in the same analysis item determined by the statistical processing.
