PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase versatility of treating combustible objects by burning even combustible objects other than exhaust gas, and to improve decomposing efficiency of the exhaust gas. SOLUTION: A treatment tower 1 is provided for jetting out flame from a burner 7 into a treatment chamber 3, decomposing the exhaust gas supplied from a supply opening 4, and exhausting the pyrolyzed gas from an exhaust port 8. A combustion tower has a combustion chamber 11 communicated with the exhaust port 8 of the treatment chamber 3 of the treatment tower 2 and capable of burning the combustible object, an input port 20 capable of opening and closing for inputting the combustible object into the combustion chamber 11, and a chimney stack 24 exhausting secondary exhaust gas generated in the combustion chamber 11. Furthermore, a heat exchange part 30 is provided having a tank 31 holding water, and a smoke tube for passing the secondary exhaust gas from the combustion chamber, and heat exchange is carried out between the water and the secondary exhaust gas passing through the smoke tube.
