PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor drive unit excellent in durability and reliability by improving the parallelism between a motor side rotating member and an outer pin. SOLUTION: The in-wheel motor drive unit 21 is provided with a motor part A, a speed reduction part B, and a wheel hub C. The speed reduction part B includes the outer pin 27 fitted to outer peripheral parts of curved plates 26a and 26b and generating rotational movements of the curved plates, and an outer pin holding part 45 fitted and fixed by an inside diameter surface of a casing 22 holding the speed reduction part B and holding the outer pin 27 in parallel to a rotation axis of the motor side rotating member 25. The outer pin holding part 45 is provided with a cylindrical part 46, a pair of ring parts 47 and 48 extending to a radial inner side from axial both ends of the cylindrical part 46, and a pair of outer pin holding holes 47a and 48a extending in parallel to the rotation axis of the motor side rotating member 25 and holding an axial end of the outer pin 27 in a position where the pair of the ring parts 47 and 48 faces with each other.
