PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a positioning structure of windshield glass capable of preventing or suppressing floating of windshield glass upon its attachment with a simple design by preventing contact between a stopper and an outer plate of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: When a downward load in a vertical direction of glass (arrowhead 12X direction) is applied on the stopper 30 by the own weight of the rear windshield glass 12 and a reaction force of an upper section 26A of molding, the pin section 34 of the stopper 30 sags while having a corner section 42X of a clip 40 as a fulcrum, and a claw section 38 on the front end side of the pin section 34 is locked in a locked section 50.
