PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating rotor which carries out the cleaning or replacing of a cleaning body efficiently without spoiling the precision of the rotating rotor. SOLUTION: The rotating rotor 10 which is rotatably mounted on an appliance such as an electric vacuum cleaner comprises a rotary bar 1 with a groove part 1a disposed along the length of its outer circumference and a cleaning body 2 which has a base part 2b detachably inserted into the groove part 1a of the rotary bar 1 and a plurality of cleaning members 2a so formed as to be protruded from the base part 2b more than from the groove part 1a and brackets 3 and 13 arrayed at the end parts on both sides of the rotary bar 1.
