PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the accurate detection of the opening of a door with an inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: Flip flop circuits FF13-FF15 stores prescribed data representing a normal pattern and a door opening/closing detection switch SW1 detects the opening or closing of the door. When the opening or closing of the door is detected, any of the flip flop circuits FF13-FF15 updated the prescribed data into other prescribed data at random. This accomplishes the detection of that the door is opened or closed depending on whether the normal pattern is stored or not. This invention is applicable for a monitoring system.
