PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust a connector position when connecting substrates with each other by a connector. SOLUTION: A cartridge 40 is stored in a cartridge storage part 48 matching a guide piece 71 with an insertion guide 53 and is slid inside the cartridge storage part 48 so as to insert a front surface 59a to a cartridge insertion port 49. Accompanying the slide of the cartridge 40, a guide member 55 intrudes into a guide notch 72 and pressurizes the cartridge substrate 60.
