PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation system for exhaustive on-chip analysis of protein kinase activities, enabling throughput by a simple and safe method. SOLUTION: The peptide array is obtained by fixing a plurality (five or more kinds) of peptides being substrates of a protein kinase and having nine to eleven specific amino acid sequences on a gold surface, and is used for detecting the phosphorylation of the peptide by the kinase by a surface plasmon resonance imaging after allowing an antibody or a metal complex compound capable of recognizing a phosphorylation site to act thereon.
