PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus which can reproduce the sound of an excellent tone in its whole sound region. SOLUTION: In the speaker apparatus, the sound generated in the back of its speaker whose phase is opposite to the one of the sound generated in the front of its speaker is reduced, by so providing walls (2) in each region of its speaker vibrating plate (1) that its speaker vibrating plate (1) has an umbrella-form structure.
