PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover and resume a speech even when the speech is finished by a wrong manipulation. SOLUTION: In a house information panel 20, when a calling signal from an entrance unit 10 or 40 is detected, a speech button 27 is pressed to make an interphone speech with the entrance unit and when the speech button is pressed again during the speech, the interphone speech is finished. When the speech button 27 is pressed to finish an interphone speech, a short-time timer 28 is started.
