A die molding structure for surface hardening treatment of chain saw guide plate includes an entire metal material, which is bigger than chain saw guide plate, according to the profile and size of chain saw guide plate adding on the size of clearance, a groove can be machined accurately by the metal material, a cooling trough on the metal material is machined as close as possible to the side of groove, and except for the entrance and the outlet, the other invalid opens are sealed, the cooling trough is used to pass cooling water or low temperature gas to lower the high temperature of the die, thus, the melt or rupture of die can be avoided, and it is easy to mold accurately the die.
