PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display detailed information, such as toll road fee, when there is a path link near a scrol center in navigation technique. SOLUTION: When scrolling is stopped, after the latitude and the longitude coordinates are computed at a center of imagery plane or the cursor position during the stopping period to store into a memory 3, a position deciding means 14 for deciding whether either coordinate rows of 1 to n in an established path exist within, for example, a radius A, in relation to the position of stopped cursor. When the path is decided as existing near the cursor, a detailed information outputting means 15 outputs detailed information, such as toll road payment fee or charge data, corresponding to the path, by use of screen displaying.
