PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize zero-bolt switching at low cost without requiring a resonance circuit like resonance inductance. SOLUTION: A half-bridge converter is provided with first and second switching elements Q1, Q2, first and second voltage dividing capacitors C3, C4, an output transformer T that induces a predetermined voltage to the secondary side by alternately switching on and off the first and second switching elements, and first and second rectifier diodes D1, D2, smoothing chalk coil L2 and capacitor C2 that rectify and smoothen the voltage induced on the secondary side. The half-bridge converter shuts off the connection between the midpoint and the capacitor C2 of a secondary coil by a third switching element Q3 and discharges parasitic capacity by letting the first reflux current flow to the second switching element to make the voltage between the source and the drain of the second switching element zero so that the first reflux current does not leak to the secondary side right after the first switching element turns off.
