PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent entry of foreign matters or dust when a movable nose is tilted forward with respect to a front panel. SOLUTION: A movable nose 10 disposed to stand or tilt to the front of a front panel (escutcheon) 1 can be tilted forward. The panel device is provided with an upper cover 50 rotatably supported on an upper end of the movable nose 10 to be disposed at the rear of the movable nose 10. When the movable nose 10 is tilted forward, the upper cover 50 projects to the rear of the movable nose 10 like eaves, and a space 70 formed between the tilted movable nose 10 and the front panel 1 is covered with the upper cover 50.
