PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and report the degree of arm swing of a user during running with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A running signal which a sensor 101 outputs by detecting running is inputted to and counted in a CPU 106 through an amplifier circuit 102, a filter 103, an amplifier circuit 104 and a step number detecting comparator 105, and an accumulated number of steps is displayed on a display part 115 by drive of a display drive circuit 114. An arm swing signal detected by an arm swing detecting comparator 109 is evaluated by an arm swing evaluation part 119, and an evaluation result of arm swing is displayed on the display part 115 by the drive of the display drive circuit 114.
