PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a panel to a frame of a partitioning device easily by simple operation. SOLUTION: A panel retaining member 54 is composed of a retaining part main body 55 having a retaining piece 55b fitted into a panel retaining groove 47 of a support column (a vertical frame) and abutted on a rear face of a peripheral fringe part of the panel 5 in a rear fringe part and having an engaging groove 58 opened toward a front fringe part side and an insertion member 56 having a retaining piece 56a abutted on a front face of the panel 5 and an engaging piece 56b engaging with the engaging groove 58 by turning into the direction of panel retaining groove 47 by using a tip part of the retaining piece 56a as a fulcrum. The panel 5 is held by sandwiching both of front and rear faces of the peripheral fringe part of the panel 5 in between opposing faces of both of retaining pieces 55b, 56a.
