PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact internal heat exchanger for carbon dioxide refrigerant, having improved heat transfer performance while suppressing the dry-out of carbon dioxide low-pressure refrigerant. SOLUTION: The double-tube internal heat exchanger 20 for a refrigerating cycle makes heat exchange between high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant and low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant of carbon oxide. On the inner face of an inner tube 22 out of double tubes in which the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant flows, a one- or multiple-streak fin is provided which has a twisting angle of 45°or greater and whose front end is provided with a cavity portion.
