PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized long-life blower capable of surely preventing different pressure acting on impellers on a delivery port side and an anti-delivery port side of a case body, revolving at high speed to make an air flow smooth and efficient, and economically blasting a large quantity of high pressure air. SOLUTION: The blower is provided with the case body having an air suction port formed and the delivery port formed at a circumference wall; a motor mounted in the case body and using a hydraulic dynamic pressure bearing; an impeller provided with a bottom plate which has a boss fixed on a revolution member of the motor and can suck air form the air suction port and can deliver air form the delivery port by revolution thereof, and a plurality of arc shaped blades integrally formed on the bottom plate at predetermined interval; and a ring shaped pressure equalization space opening to each space between the plurality of blades at the bottom plate of the impeller and preventing different pressure from acting on the delivery port side and the anti-delivery port side of the case body of the impeller.
