PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow allowing a user to adjust the height and inclination to preferable ones with the hardness/softness of the pillow retained. SOLUTION: This pillow includes an upper face body 2 for placing the head part of a human body 20, a lower face body 3 vertically facing to the upper face body 2, a first bag body 4 and a second bag body 5 positioned apart a predetermined interval in the length direction of a person in lying down and clamped between the upper face body 2 and the lower face body 3 in a state parallel to each other in the orthogonal direction to the length direction of the person in lying, and a sub bag 6 communicating with the first bag body 4 and the second bag body 5. The height and the inclination of the upper face body 2 to the lower face body 3 can be adjusted by taking in/out fillers among the sub bag 6, the first bag body 4 and the second bag body 5.
