<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic granule separator which separates and removes magnetic granules included in a fluid. <P>SOLUTION: In the magnetic granule separator equipped with a tubular flow-out passageway 6 installed in a cyclone type treatment vessel 2, an introduction port 7 installed in the tubular outflow passageway 6, the cyclone type treatment vessel 2 is provided with a body part in which the inflow port 3 is installed, an approximately reverse cone form portion continuing to the lower end of the body part, approximately cone form portion which has an approximately cone configuration towards the height position of the introduction port of the tubular outflow passageway from the lower end part of the approximately cone form portion and a discharge part 2d continuing to the approximately reverse cone type portion, forms a throttling member 8 at the lower end part of the approximately reverse cone form portion, which is provided with an expansion part 9 at the lower part of the approximately cone form portion and is further provided with a permanent magnet member 10 arranged at the outside of the wall side of the discharge part 2d of the cyclone type treatment vessel 2 and a control means 30 to control the magnetic power of the permanent magnet member 10 to a state that the magnetic force of the permanent magnet member 10 acts on the inside of the cyclone type treatment vessel 2 and a state that it does not act on the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
