<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device without requiring a direction changing means for a return strand of a conveyor belt. <P>SOLUTION: This conveying device has the conveyor belt guided by a deflection drum and extending along a forward strand 1a and the return strand 1b, one or more of supports and a pair of first supporting cables 21 and 21a supported by the supports, a pair of second supporting cables 22 and 22a, and a supporting means 4 connected to the first supporting cables for holding a pair of third supporting cables 23 and 23a. Respective end parts of the conveyor belt have a supporting bar 10 having supporting rollers 13 and 13a, and a supporting roller of the forward strand rolls along the second supporting cables, and a supporting roller of the return strand rolls along the third supporting cables. The conveying device is provided with a first supporting frame 41 supporting the second supporting cables so as to travel along a suspension curve between the supports and a second supporting frame 42 supporting the third supporting cables so as to substantially linearly travel over a course of the device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
